Goal 07: To develop a guiding framework for transitioning to the district to a systemic approach for Professional Development
07 Objectives
7.01 - By the end of the 2004/05 school year we will develop a process for determining the level of professional development quality and impact on student achievement, as measured by professional development implementation rubrics (TBD).
7.02 - By the beginning of the 2005/06 school year SIT Planning period we will align the district professional development and school improvement process with the district Student Achievement Plan, as measured by an alignment rubric (TBD).
7.03 - By the end of the 2004/05 school year we will establish a communication and collaborative process for planning and delivery of staff development needs of the total organization, as measured by customer services surveys (TQM).
