Comprehensive School Improvement Plan (2004/2009) Status Reports In 2004, Ann Arbor voters approved a $240 million Bond and Sinking Fund initiative to fund improvements to district facilities. The CSIP Status Reports are presented to the Board of Education monthly as a part of the Blue Board Packets.
